I found it easier to use an external bookkeeper who uses QuickBooks online. They allow me access and alos my tax accountant. While I focus on recruiting my bookkeeper can enter expenses, create invoices and collect for me. When collecting it works well because my bookkeeper acts like my accounting department and separates me from the collection process.
